I have not been working on my web, too many medical problems with family, but I am back to continue my project.
I need to tell you that the full lace wigs you sent was received and is beautiful. The hair is so soft and luxurious. It is very full and the length is perfect. My only problem was the color. I wanted blond and the wig is actually a light auburn. It does make me look younger, ha ha....Now that I have the color ring that should no longer be a problem. I am glad to see the quality of the wig. It is really high quality and I will be comfortable offering it to people knowing how nice the product is.
I did not receive the density chart in the package. I am going to order another product from you, a lace frontal in a couple of days and you could send the density ring or chart with that please, I would appreciate it.

I picked it up. I noticed the knots are not bleached but I will bleach them myself. The hair texture looks great and authentic. The hairline looks realistic b/c of the curves and it gradually gets thick. I can't wait to try it on and see how durable it is. I'll update you once I do. Thank you! .

Firstly, I did not mean to upset you and your staff over this. Your company has been WONDERFUL to me. I did what you said and looked at the units closely. I see where the confusion has come from.
Here are the pictures of the inside of the cap. The order is actually correct. THERE WAS A BLUE TAG IN THE BAG, like the other synthetic ones. When you told me to inspect the cap, I realized that it just was actually a human hair full lace wig.
