& Please keep the lace wigs are intact, if the wigs are not like as before we will not accept the return requests.
&.Do not cut, rip or tear the lace
&.Do not put glue or tape on the wig unit
&.Do not wash or condition the wig unit

Please notice that if you do not satisfy with the wigs we have sent to you, contact us in 48 hours for exchange or refund. Before you send the wigs back, ensure the wigs in the original condition as they are sent to you.

Repair Service

Juicy lace wigs specialize in full lace front wigs production and sales. In order to satisfy our customers’ requests, we also offer repair services for the lace wigs (only repair the wigs we offer to you). The cost of the repair varies depending on type of repair that is required. Usually the repair cost is $35.00—$55.00. Also the customers need to pay the shipping fee!
Most problems are able to be repaired on the unit. Including lace rips, tears, shedding, tangled etc.

Instructions for Requesting Lace Wig Repair Services:
& Please put detailed information as to what type of repair is needed
& We will respond to your advise if the problem is repairable

Sending Your Unit in For Repair:
& Print out the Order Form Receipt which includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Include a Typed Note with the repair areas listed.
& For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to sending it in to us for repair (uncleaned wigs will not be accepted )
& Repairs will take about 25---30 days.
