Design Cap Instructions:

Lace Type: Use a very durable thick lace. No Swiss lace. Customer would like a stronger lace so the wig will not tear/rip when she sews the wig to her braided hair with a needle. The lace should be strong enough to place a needle through it repeatedly without it tearing. The customer plans to sew the wig to her hair when she does not use the combs. She is a cancer patient so she cannot use glue.

Cap Design: Use Stretch Lace in the middle only. Fold the edges of the wig all the way around the perimeter of the lace (see attached pictures of the cap with sewn edges). No straps.
Combs: Sew in 8 combs (5 combs in the front and sides; 3 combs on the back). Look at the attached pictures.
Density Instructions:
Back and Bottom sides: The overall density is medium/heavy (130 to 135 percent density) on the back and the bottom sides. The density should be medium-to-heavy but NOT heavy. Medium density is too light and heavy is too much.

Front and Perimeter: The front perimeter should be about 95 percent in density. This section should not look heavy. The wig looks more natural when the top and top sides are not too thick and not too thin.

Crown, Middle, and Top sides: The crown, middle and top sides should be 100 to 110 percent.
Hair Color: Off-Black (1B); Virgin Indian Human Hair (grade AAA+)

Lace Color: Dark Brown

Hair Texture: IMPORTANT: Deep Wave (10mm)
See the attached curl pattern picture. The curls always drop a lot after the wig is washed. The wigs never looks like the pictures after they are washed. You may have to make the curl pattern tighter so that when the curls fall after the wig is washed the curls stays. The curls must stay after the wig is washed.
